Why Link Luxury Homes Exists
Link Luxury Homes was built on a simple belief: real estate is about far more than buying and selling homes. It's about the people, relationships, and life transitions that shape every new chapter.
Following their marriage in 2022, Jennifer and Jeff combined their complementary strengths to build a boutique advisory firm centered on careful preparation and long client relationships.
Jennifer brings more than a decade of real estate expertise and a genuine appreciation for the stories every home holds. Jeff contributes decades of military and federal leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence, creating a partnership that blends personal service with careful preparation.
They built the firm around a straightforward idea: clients should feel heard, decisions should be made with real preparation behind them, and no one should navigate a move alone.

As the founder of Link Luxury Homes and a Gold Team-recognized REALTOR® with Long & Foster, Jennifer Link has spent over a decade helping clients throughout Alexandria, Mason Neck, Fairfax County, and Prince William County achieve their real estate goals. She specializes in estate and legacy property sales, military and government relocations, retirement transitions, and helping buyers and sellers navigate Northern Virginia's real estate market with confidence.
As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP®), Jennifer understands that every move has a unique story behind it. Whether assisting a family with the sale of a cherished home, helping clients relocate to Northern Virginia, or guiding homeowners through their next chapter, she is known for her thoughtful approach, clear communication, and commitment to exceptional service.
Through Link Luxury Homes, Jennifer has built a trusted network of professionals, including lenders, title specialists, inspectors, appraisers, contractors, estate service providers, and moving professionals. Together, they provide clients with a seamless and well-coordinated experience from consultation to closing.
What Jennifer enjoys most about real estate is building lasting relationships and serving as a trusted resource long after the transaction is complete. Her mission is simple: to provide expert guidance, personalized service, and an exceptional client experience every step of the way.
When she's not working with clients, Jennifer enjoys traveling with her husband, Jeff, spending time with her growing family and being a proud Mimi, tending to the flowers in her garden, tackling home improvement projects, and getting lost in a good book. She also loves connecting with friends and neighbors over a great cup of coffee, a cup of afternoon tea, and meaningful conversation. At the heart of everything she does is a genuine passion for service, community, and helping others feel at home.

REALTOR® | Operations & Client Experience | Licensed in Virginia
Jeff believes exceptional real estate experiences are built on preparation, clear communication, and attention to detail. As a REALTOR® and the operations leader at Link Luxury Homes, he develops and oversees the systems, technology, and processes behind every transaction, helping clients stay informed, prepared, and supported from start to finish.
A Northern Virginia native, Jeff brings more than 40 years of leadership experience, including 34 years of service in the United States Navy, where he retired as a Captain, followed by senior leadership roles with Microsoft and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP®), Jeff is passionate about serving Veterans, active-duty service members, and military families navigating relocation and life transitions. Drawing on his own military career and transitions, he provides practical guidance and support throughout the process with an understanding of the unique challenges military families face.
With formal engineering training and a lifelong curiosity about how things work, Jeff enjoys understanding the systems that make a home perform well. Having designed, built, and continuously improved his own home, he brings practical insight that helps clients better understand inspections, renovations, repairs, and property improvements so they can make informed decisions with confidence.
When he's not serving clients or improving systems, Jeff enjoys traveling with Jennifer, exploring new places, and spending time with his growing family, especially in his newest role as a proud Papa.
Known for his thoughtful approach, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to service, Jeff works behind the scenes to help ensure every client experience feels seamless, organized, and confidence-inspiring.

Brand Strategy, Marketing & Social Media
Lexie believes every great brand begins with a story. At Link Luxury Homes, she brings that story to life through thoughtful branding, engaging content, and a consistent visual presence that reflects the firm's values across every platform.
Working remotely from California, Lexie leads the firm's marketing, social media, and digital content strategy. Her work helps clients discover Link Luxury Homes while ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, professionalism, and personalized experience that define the brand.
Lexie earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of South Florida before building her career in product marketing and brand strategy. Her experience with Tech Data's Apple team and Vespa Los Angeles strengthened her expertise in digital marketing, visual storytelling, and audience engagement.
As Jennifer's daughter, Lexie has a personal stake in the firm and a genuine investment in seeing it grow well.
Outside of work, Lexie enjoys life in California with her fiancé and their dog, Charlie. She loves hiking, mountain biking, tending her garden, and finding inspiration in the outdoors.
